What I've done

I am a board-certified emergency and critical care veterinarian. My qualifications are BVSc DVM DACVECC MRCVS.

I trained and worked in India, the USA, and UK. I'm licensed to practice in all 3 countries, and eligible in others.

I worked for over 10 years with animals in the sickest of conditions - from street animals of India to tertiary tier hospital care.

I worked in resource-limited settings and those where they were abundant.

I coached several veterinarians and nurses and helped them land advanced training positions.

Most recently, I helped establish and grow one of the largest ICUs in Europe.

What I learned

So I quit my high-paying secure job. And decided to completely redesign my life with more intention.

I went right back to the beginning. I wanted to understand why I, like many others, was struggling to continue doing something I believed in so strongly. Why did so many of us -despite our effort, passion, and the prices we've paid - feel like we do this no longer?

I discovered that there were too many barriers that prevented us from working at our true potential. The system didn't support collaboration, vulnerability, flexibility, or divergence. It is riddled with inefficiencies, redundancies, information silos, and a cultural bias towards perfectionism. Teams everywhere struggle to feel satisfied because of structural obstacles that prevent career advancement or impede workflow, leaving them with less time for themselves and their patients.

This system does more to keep people out than bring them together.

I set out on a mission to democratize veterinary knowledge transfer. And help the people that cared for animals that needed it the most.
